SPECIAL TPE HALOGEN FREE COMPOUND

 

We developed special TPE halogen free compound according to specific demands of our customers. This insulation is silicone free, so it is much more resistance against impact and allow to workers harder workability.

LOWER WEIGHT AND VOLUME

 

Thanks to the material used and the manufacturing process, the busbar can be shaped with a minimal bend radius. Aluminium is very light metal with a specific weight 2,7 kg/dm3, about third that of copper.

TIME-SAVING INSTALLATION,

DESIGN AND EFFICIENCY

 

The elasticity and great formability of the busbar material allow any connection design.

FLEXAL maintains the desired shape, prevents unwanted deformations or

memory effect. End connections can be joined only by punching.

Therefore, use of cable lugs is not necessary.
